1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the rental and sale of bicycles, scooters, and accessories offered by La Manga Bike.

2. Booking or Purchase Process
Users can make bookings and purchases online or in-store. Confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of the contract.

3. Payments
Payments can be made online via credit card or PayPal, or in person upon pickup. All prices include VAT.

4. Cancellations
Bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start date. After this period, La Manga Bike may retain up to 50% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.

5. Delivery and Return
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. A refundable security deposit may be required.

6. Responsibility and Insurance
The customer is responsible for any damage not covered by the basic rental insurance. Misuse or negligent operation voids any coverage.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Sales Only)
Customers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase, except for personalized or used products.

8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction: Cartagena (Murcia), Spain.
