WORKSHOP SERVICE TERMS

1. Purpose
These terms regulate the provision of repair and maintenance services for bicycles and scooters by La Manga Bike.

2. Preliminary Estimate
Before performing any repair, the customer will receive a detailed estimate in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1457/1986. Acceptance of the estimate authorizes the repair.

3. Timeframes
Estimated completion time will be communicated upon acceptance. In case of delay, the customer will be notified.

4. Vehicle Collection
The customer must collect the vehicle within 30 days from notification. After this period, storage or custody fees may apply.

5. Warranty
Repairs carry a minimum warranty of three months or 2,000 km (whichever comes first), in compliance with applicable law.

6. Liability
La Manga Bike is not responsible for losses resulting from theft, fire, or other events beyond its control.
